Muhsin is a Turkish native and was born in 1959. He has an experience of 41 years in cooking. During these years he worked on luxury yachts such as Carpe Diem IV, Kaya Guneri IV, Carpe Diem III and MV Savarona as an Executive Chef for two years. He is a creative chef and expertised in Turkish, Mediterranean, Seafood and Steak cuisines. He is married and has four children. He speaks intermediate English.

As he dedicated himself to the sea, he likes all waterspouts. One of his other interests is listening to music.

Okan was born in 1999 in Mugla. He has been attending Tourism and Hotel Management High School in Turgutreis, Bodrum.
