Captain Ivan is a very enthusiastic professional captain with passion for sailing and exploring. Having spent the past 4 years sailing in his winters in the Grenadine Islands as a charter captain and his summers sailing in Croatia with families, he is experienced at managing smaller groups with different agendas or ambitions on charter and ensuring everyone on board has a fantastic time.
Ivan has great attention to detail on board ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, service and charter experience. He is flexible in his approach and happy to adapt itineraries as required. His fishing skills and bar skills are also great so you can guarantee fresh fish as well as a quality cocktail at sunset!
Ivan's second love is climbing and hiking mountains - he is always disappearing when he isnt on charter to find the next best view point and he is often teaching children and groups in Croatia how to climb safely in his free time.
Chef : Lou
Ivan is joined by Chef Lou on charter from the island of Bequia. Lou is a bubbly always smiling lady who is eager to impress and always willing to adapt her cooking to her guests on board. Lou's specialty is fresh local cooking using ingredients from the islands of St Vincent and her local fresh soups (especially the callalou) and home made cakes and always come highly recommended. She can cook for your dietary needs and restrictions and has Vegetarian menu options as well.
Lou has been working on charter catamarans as a chef for the past four years and before this, on the ferries cooking for crew. She loves the water and sailing and is a very useful crew member as well as chef on board. Lou is very knowledgeable with the Grenadines islands and knows exactly where to purchase the freshest provisions for your holiday.
