Captain Vareek Breaden
Vareek is from Co. Monaghan, Ireland and now resides in Boynton Beach, FL with his wife and two children. Vareek is a farmer by trade but also has a long maritime lineage, having had family as far back as his Great Grandfather serve in the Royal Navy. Other family members having served include Uncles, Grandfather, and even Mother and Grandmother served in the Women’s Royal Navy Service (W.R.N.S). Vareek was educated at the Royal Hospital Navy School in Ipswich and thereafter joined the yachting industry. Vareek has been in yachting since 1996 and has over 150,000 nautical miles, including one world tour. His hobbies include going to the gym, cycling, reading and of course spending as much time with his family as possible.

First Officer Robert ‘Solly’ Soloman
Rob is from Johannesburg in South Africa. He has always had a love for the water having grown up on a lake back home. His passion is rowing. He enjoys hiking, camping and most outdoor sports. He worked in a ski resort in Vail and joined boating shortly afterwards. He has been yachting for 10 years and has traveled the Mediterranean, Caribbean, Adriatic, Mexico, Bahamas and the Balearic Islands. His hobbies include skiing, swimming, kite boarding, exploring and photography.

Engineer Aldrey Francis
Aldrey grew up in Saint Catherine, Jamaica which was back then considered as a rural area/country side. With his dad being a hands on person who always serviced his car himself, Aldrey developed a great passion for auto mechanic and wanted to become an Automotive Diagnostic Technician. He was then introduced to marine engineering which is engineering on a bigger scale compared to auto mechanic. Aldrey started pursuing to become a Marine Engineer to work on big ships where he attended the Caribbean Maritime Institute located in Jamaica. He then got introduced to the yachting industry which sounded very exciting, which he then made the crossover.

Chef Noel Nugent
Noel hails from Glasgow, Scotland where he studied and worked in a Michelin awarded restaurant. In 2003 Noel hit the road taking a job in Bermuda and has never looked back. He has spent the last 14 years cooking and traveling around the West Indies including Nevis, Jamaica and St Lucia where he has settled and started a family. During his time, as Executive Chef at the iconic Bitter End Yacht Club in Virgin Gorda, BVI, he was exposed to the yachting industry and soon endeavored on a career as a yacht chef. He spent three and a half years working with Captain Vareek on his previous vessel and is loving his time on THREE FORKS.

Chief Stewardess Lisa Fargnoli
Lisa’s fun-loving nature inadvertently led her into her current career in yachting. The love of all things natural and beautiful drew her to the sun, surf and sea. It was an easy choice when the yachting world opened up to her and she realized she could have a career that would allow and provide for her love travel and her passion for people. In her spare time you will find her with friends, and family and spending her time outdoors or exploring new places. Her wanderlust keeps her in constant motion and discovering new places and people. You will always find her with a warm welcome and a ready smile

Bosun Richie Wolff
Richie Wolff is from South Africa, Cape Town. He has been in the yachting industry for just over 3 years picking up charters in the Mediterranean, Madagascar, Maldives, Seychelles to name a few. He considers himself an enthusiastic and compassionate individual. His hobbies include Surfing, cycling and has a huge passion for videography. His life moto: “A river cuts through rock, not because of its power, but because of its persistence.”

Deckhand Kiara Smith
Kiara hails from Johannesburg, South Africa. She was previously in the Multimedia Design industry, but her dream has always been to work on a yacht, travel to many amazing places and have awesome adventures. She is an outgoing girl and love’s socializing and having lots of fun!

Stewardess Elizabeth ‘Lee’ Robertson
Being from coastal Georgia, Lee has spent her entire life on the water and has always enjoyed boating, water sports, and new adventures. Lee has extensive experience in hospitality, having spent nearly seven years in the restaurant industry before becoming a stewardess. In her spare time she likes kayaking, cooking, yoga, and traveling.

Stewardess Sarah Murphee
Sarah was born in Zimbabwe and later moved to South Africa. At the age of sixteen she dived into the hospitality industry which led her to the yacht life five years later. She has a love the ocean just as much as I love making people happy. She loves to laugh and work hard and believes there is a beautiful balance between the two.
